Rates
$2450 per week for up to 6 people including children
and babies
Summer rate: $2600 per week
Taxes: 11.416% Excise and Accommodation
Cleaning Fee
Christmas Rates on Request/2 week minimum
"NOHO KAI" IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSE.
Payment
$500 per week security deposit due within 7 days to
confirm reservation.
Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to
arrival (Christmas - 90 Days).
If payment is not received on time, we have
the right to re-book without notification.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be received in writing.
All cancellations are subject to $100 per week process fee.
Cancellations less than 90 days – your security deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations less than 60 days (90 for Christmas) will forfeit full rent and tax unless the property can be rebooked at equal or greater amount.
